The Megamalist website is built using WordPress.com – a subsidiary of Automattic.  They’re pretty cool folks who comply with international data privacy regulations like the GDPR (European General Data Protection Regulation) and CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act).

Site comments: When a visitor leaves a comment on the site, we collect that comment, and other information that the visitor provides along with the comment, such as the visitor’s name and email address.
